Since one week the WM forums are no longer grouped under the primary domain widest-mine.org, but each in their own separate sub-domain :

• Discussions en français under fr.
• Discusiones en español under es.

The goal is to better catch the potential audience by avoiding the mix of languages ​​that could harm our position in search engines.

After several months of presence on the internet, it seems necessary to make an adjustment in our own digital identity. Who is really Widest Mine ? And why did we choose to call us like this ?

Let's start with a clarification : we have never claimed that our site was the most abundant in the world (meaning "mine"); simply, in our mind "Widest Mine" means the Web (in its broadest sense) ;) So, it is the Web, and not our humble widest-mine.org, which for us is the widest mine that can exist nowadays !

Therefore, you must understand that we want to exploit the Web, precisely because of its size and its wealth : as such, "Widest Mine" was a legitimate domain name, and free into the bargain !
Now is our brand, we will dedicate ourselves to make it known throughout the world because it was born universal by definition.

Exploiting the web, but for what purpose ?

The first goal is to become a reference for anyone looking for help when it comes to meeting the challenge of the Web to succeed sustainable growth. We have in mind entrepreneurs of course, but also association leaders (they are both the subject and the authors of the WM forum).
Finally, we reach the second objective : this time it comes to providing services that meet the needs expressed by the same target audience. For this, we will open a new website that eventually will sell the brand "Widest Mine".

Indeed, we are opening a global competition to find the future look of our forum.

To participate, you must have strong skills in CSS, a real sense of aesthetics, and accept the basic rule : the only files to be updated are the existing stylesheets, following the CSS standard.
